Easy Renta Car by Frontline Fleet 

Parties to the Agreement  

Easy Renta Car by Frontline Fleet (“We”, “Us”) and the Hirer (“You”).

Vehicle Use 

Private & General Use For Commercial and Rideshare a separate agreement must be signed. 

You agree to operate the vehicle responsibly and in compliance with all applicable road laws.  

You may not modify, tamper with, or misuse the vehicle in any way.  

Prohibited Use  

The vehicle must not be driven off-road, on beaches, or in any restricted areas without prior written consent.  

The vehicle must not be used to carry hazardous materials, exceed passenger limits, or for any illegal purpose.  

Condition of the Vehicle  

You acknowledge that the vehicle is delivered in good condition with no unreported damage.  

You are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition (excluding fair wear and tear).  

Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle, and pets must be in carriers.  

Fuel Policy 

The vehicle must be returned with a full tank of fuel or the same amount as when picked up. 

If returned with less fuel, a charge of $1 per litre over the bowser price will apply.  

Payments and Deposits 

Rental Fees  

Rental fees must be paid in advance. Additional fees for excess kilometres, damages, or other charges will be debited from your debit/credit card or nominated account.  

Security Deposit 

A security deposit is required at the start of the rental term.  

General Hire deposit will be refunded within 24 hours, less any applicable deductions (e.g., fines, damage). Rideshare Hire is 28 days 

Late Payment 

Late payments incur a daily fee of $10.  

Insurance and Liability 

Coverage  

Insurance coverage includes market value for vehicle replacement and third-party liability.  

Damage waivers may reduce your liability to the agreed excess but exclude damage under clause 5.2 

Exclusions 

You are liable for all damages if:  

The vehicle is used in violation of the agreement.  

Incorrect fuel is used.  

Damage occurs due to negligence (e.g., leaving the vehicle unlocked).  

The driver is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.  

If damage is due to driving on unsealed roads. 

Insurance Excess  

You are responsible for paying the insurance excess for each incident unless the damage is fully recoverable from a third party.  

Accidents and Events  

Reporting  

All incidents, including minor ones, must be reported to us within 4 hours.  

Accidents involving injury or property damage must also be reported to the police.  

Documentation  

Provide photographs of the accident scene and details of all parties involved,  

including names, contact information, and insurance details.  

Complete an incident report form as soon as possible.  

Repairs and Towing  

Do not authorize repairs or towing without our consent, except in emergencies involving emergency services.  

Unauthorized towing incurs a fee, and you will be liable for associated costs.  

Return of the Vehicle 

Condition 

The vehicle must be returned clean and in the same condition as at the start of the rental term. Cleaning fees of up to $250 may apply for excessive mess or damage.  

Late returns will incur additional rental fees and an administration fee.  

Fuel 

Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pickup; charges apply for any shortfall.  

Fines, Tolls, and Infringements 

You are responsible for all fines, tolls, and infringements incurred during the rental period. 

An administration fee of $75 applies for processing fines.  

Roadside Assistance 

Roadside assistance is available for mechanical faults at no charge.  

Driver-induced issues (e.g., lost keys, flat batteries) incur a $150 fee.  

Termination and Default 

Termination by Us  

We may terminate the agreement immediately if you breach its terms or fail to return the vehicle.  

Default Costs 

You are liable for costs related to the recovery of the vehicle, legal fees, and other associated expenses in case of default.  

Commercial or Rideshare Use 

If the vehicle is to be used for commercial or rideshare purposes, a Rideshare Annexure must be signed, detailing additional terms specific to such usage.  

Failure to sign the annexure for such purposes constitutes a breach of this agreement.  

Governing Law 

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state where the rental takes place. Furthermore, if First Fortune Finance Pty Ltd suffer losses as a result of illegal activity and or negligence of any sort or all costs will be bourne by the hirer. 

Where there are outstanding fees I agree to return the vehicle immediately and If for any reason the car is not returned whilst there are outstanding fees the vehicle will be deemed as stolen property. 

Schedule of Fees 

Late Payment Fee $10/day  

Fuel Shortfall  $3/liter OR $1/liter over Bowser (whichever is higher) 

Cleaning Fee (Excessive Mess) Up to $250  

Smoking Penalty Up to $300  

Lost Key Fee $400  

Roadside Assistance (Driver Fault) $150 

Fine Processing Fee $75
