1. Do you offer rideshare - ready vehicles?

Rideshare drivers need specific features in their vehicles.

Most of our vehicles are rideshare ready.

We include:

  • Comprehensive rideshare insurance
  • PTV
  • Yearly inspections.

2. Do you provide maintenance?

Yes, As a rideshare driver, the car is essentially your workplace. Service is completed every 10,000km’s and any maintenance and repairs are done as a priority in our own dedicated workshop.

3. Are there mileage restrictions for rideshare rentals?

Rideshare drivers tend to put more miles on their vehicles and we offer terms that will suit every person. There are unlimited options at very competitive rideshare rates.

4. Can I personalize the vehicle for comfort and convenience?

Rideshare drivers often spend long hours in their cars and so can I make minor adjustments like adding seat covers or organizing the interior. No defacements or permanent fixtures can be made without written permission.

Insurance & Terms

1. What are the insurance options available for rideshare drivers?

Rideshare driving involves additional insurance considerations and our rental company handles FULL insurance coverage for rideshare drivers.

2. How flexible are the rental terms?

Rideshare driving can have varying schedules and we aim to be flexible. Our minimum policy term is 4 weeks. A comprehensive list is available in our T & C’s.

3. Can I rent for a trial period before committing long - term?

Rideshare driving might be new to some drivers and Frontline Fleet offer a 4 week trial period so that you can ensure it's a good fit.

4. Are there any promotions or loyalty programs for frequent renters?

We have partnered up with various companies all offering discounts and services to all our hirers. At the date of this publication, our drivers receive 15% off all meals at Mochachos Morley, $50 referral fee for referring another driver, special car buying options on new vehicles and more. Please check with the office from time to time.

Rideshare Drivers

1. Can I rent a vehicle for a specific rideshare platform?

Yes you can, but bear in mind, different rideshare platforms might have varying vehicle requirements.

So, generally, you can rent a car that's compliant with the platform you plan to drive for, please just confirm with them first.

2. Are there any restrictions on the distance I can travel while renting your car?

Generally most rideshare prefer unlimited options but there are other options. Ask when making the booking.

3. What's the policy for cleaning and maintaining the car's cleanliness?

Maintaining a clean and presentable car is crucial for rideshare drivers. We expect the vehicle to be clean and tidy and it is your responsibility to keep the vehicle in good order.

On The Road

1. What If encounter a breakdown during a ride?

Call our 24/7 number and we’ll get you on the road again as soon as possible!

2. What's the process for handling tolls and parking fees?

Rideshare drivers encounter tolls and parking fees regularly and all of these costs are bourne by the driver. Expenses are managed by you the driver, and paying for them on time is crucial.
If the hirer receives any of the fees or late penalties, they will be passed on to you.

3. What's the procedure for reporting accidents or damages?

Accidents can happen while driving for rideshare services.
